Little drawing of a USAF F-15 Eagle and F-22 Raptor...

The Air Force has some of the coolest shit in their aircraft inventory these days, and I really like both the F-15 and F-22, especially the Raptor... :D

After doing this, I'm thinking about doing some other modern military combo drawings to represent the other branches of the US Military...

I used a photo off an Air Force website for reference: Website is here, photo is here

Awesome two of my favorite fighters. To bad the F-22 is going to replace the Eagle.

Since Lockheed can't seem to work out the kinks in their F-35 strike fighter, the
F-15E Strike Eagle will remain in service for now. The Strike Eagle is little more than a regular Eagle with a second seat and ground attack munitions-compatible hardpoints, so it can still dogfight.
Just about the only reason the F-15C was retired was because of its age and the fact there's nobody for it to fight right now.

The Silent Eagle?
Good idea, that plane.
Nice to see the Eagle proving to Lockheed that you don't need to start from scratch every time technology advances.

F-15s are like PCs; you can own them for years and keep them up to date because they are designed to be upgraded. Not to mention they're cheap.
F-22s, on the other hand, are like Macs. They're high-tech and super-advanced, but underneath, they're hell to service and cost a fucking fortune.

I never thought of it that way, i knew that the F-22 was expensive as hell.
